Scheduling Your Bridals

Bridal pictures are not for everyone and in some cases the bridal session is more for the Mother of the Bride than the Bride! When you book your hair and make-up appointments, they normally include your “trial runs” in the price. I suggest bridal portraits because it’s a once in a lifetime thing (hopefully) and as a planner myself, you will want reassurance that  your hair stylist and make-up professional are capable of bringing your wedding day vision to fruition. Bridal portraits are just an added bonus for that day of trials. Some Brides want a few pictures, but not a whole session scheduled. That is perfectly fine! We can set aside 30 minutes on your actual wedding day to make sure you have a few of just you in your gown. Whatever you envision, we can make it happen.

When Should I schedule?

You will want to schedule your bridal session 2 – 3 months prior to your wedding day. Not only does this guarantee your appointment on my calendar, but also assures you that your venue will be available the date you wish to take your bridal portraits.

How many images can i expect?

Generally, you will receive 15 – 25 edited images during your bridal session. If you choose to take your bridals the day of your wedding, your number of images may fluctuate due to time constraints.
